Question

someone answered me to get the application of LCM on china embassy in the Philippines. how long will he stay in manila? and he just only bring BC and unmarriage certificate then apply? is it?

he will just come here for marriage then we will live in china together. is it difficult to marry a foreigner in the philippines? my mom wants us to marry before leaving then again we will register in china. some more details pls.
