Im thinking about becoming vegetarian but some veg makes me sick?

  2. What vegetables make you sick? If its not legumes, then i'm sure you'll be fine. Most people vegetarian or not, don't like all vegetables.

    Make sure that you eat legumes and other high protein/iron food like tofu and spinach (can you eat them?)

    As to Jade R - it's a shame that your friend died, but i don't know how??? Did he/she have a REALLY crappy diet. Like no legumes or vegetables. Because all vegetable have some protein. Did you friend only eat fruit or something?

    And I don't understand your "animals are there to be eaten" argument. Says who? Animals are beautiful creatures who have their own lives to live and enjoy. The fact that we feel that we have the right to kill and eat their flesh is just horrific.

    Is it because you think that they taste good? Or that they're made of meat. Well your made of meat too. And i'm sure your tasty. But should i eat you???

  3. Im a young veggie. Aslong as you can eat the five fruit and veg a day thats all that matters when it comes to fruit and veg! Im very picky with veg and fruit too, but ive been fine for two years! lol

  4. I'm a vegetarian and don't like some vegetables. Just eat what you can. Things with mixed veg already in them help. Eat lots of fruit too. Sure you'll be fine.

  5. dont b veggie...i dont wanna sound rude or anyfing but animals were their 2 be eaten ask ur self y u wanna b vegatarian my friend was veggie and she died from lack of protien

  7. providing you can eat enough different vegetables to get a range of nutrients then I think you'll be ok! Maybe you could look for different ways to prepare the veg you don't like? you could also take a mulit vitamin just to be sure!
