Im thinking about getting a Hiptop 3. ?

I have been thinking to get one for over a year now .And now that i need a new one i looking in to get one. I don't really like the slide one i like the old one better. I'm in adelaide but i dont think my parents are going to let me go on the 30$ plan. Is there any cheaper plans?

Oh and i'm going to sydney for a week soon could i get on there? and be able to use it here?
