Im thinking about getting a industrial piercing? help?

Question

im 14 and my dad is letting me get a industrial piercing on my right ear...

&& i was wondering::

~how much does it hurt?

~how much does it cost? (US)

~is it worth it?

and by the way i have 5 piercings going up each side of my ear lobes and one cartilage peircing on my left ear.

does it basically feel the same as a cartilage?

please answers from PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE.

You can't,you have to be 16 and have parent consent..Well in any good shop its like that,cause you don't want to go to the mall for something like this,cause if done wrong.It will mess your ear up..

I have cartilage piercing but not scaffold (yet :p)

I know piercers with it and they say its about the same but the front bit of the ear hurts a tad more than standard cartilage or pinna piercings, some but not all piercers do dumb the area for this so you don't feel much at all.

all piercings are worth it if you want and like them:-)

and as for US cost i don't know its about £20 plus jewellery here in the UK

its a nice piercing go for it:-)

-The pain isn't really as bad as you might think, it's just two quick pinches, and you'll feel some pressure in your ear when it's getting pierced. You'll feel a little uncomfortable, but in the end you'll probably be really happy with the results :]

-Mine was $65, but including the cleaning stuff I bought, it came to $80. It can range anywhere from $50 to $100 though.

-It's definitely worth it, I love mine, and I get compliments on it a lot too :D You just have to make sure you clean it regularly to make sure it doesn't get infected.

-It does kinda feel like a cartilage piercing, but with some added pressure to it.

I'd say it hurts about a 5 on a 1-10 scale.

typically peircings cost anywehre from $20 to $50 depending on where you go.

If you're up to taking care of it (maknig sure it wont get infected) then sure. It looks pretty wicked.

And i think the rule of thumb is that the higher you go, the more it hurts? I mean...you do feel pain but not terrible. You won't cry or anything.
