Im thinking about going to RUSSIA...?

I cant speak russian,and i am going to go there on my own,will i have trouble in communication?

are there people who can speak english in russia??or german,at least?

im thinking about going to moscow btw.

Place like Moscow may not be a problem as there will be tourist guides. It is better to go with an organized tourist group rather than alone if you can speak only english.

Go there and enjoy. I am in China and when I got here I couldn't speak a word of Mandarin, you will learn as you ,albeit maybe only "survival russian", but you will end up learning some of the language.  There will be English or German speakers there I'm sure, but buy a translating dictionary and spend as much time as you can in the company of locals -you will enjoy your time more then.
