My fave is Prawn  sesame Seed toast with a wondering dragon or a kung po chicken dish.  I love eating the prawn toast with a glass of white wine watching a good film snuggled up on my sofa.I like the Kung Po Chicken that my Chinese serves because of the chilli hotness with the pistachio nuts for crunchiness. Yum Yum

I like wandring dragon- lovely jubbly- nice mixture of juicy king prawns and chicken breast in a delicious oystery garlic sauce. Also gives me the breath of a dragon!

My husband is Chinese American, so I can only do this when he is not home - and after eating his combination fried rice or crispy duck or potstickers (Chinese dumplings), I will never eat those from a restaurant- none can compare to his home-cooking!

I do love egg or chicken foo young if it isn't slathered in sauce.  A nice light soy sauce is best!

I love sesame chicken too, if it has a hint of jasmine - but the crispy fried items are bad both for the scale - and because by the time they arrive home/are delivered, they are "soggy" from the steam within the to-go container and the crispiness is but a tantilizing memory.  Must order wooden chopsticks as well to get full effect...

Oh,  and my husband claims I have a thing for the take-out guy too! (just kidding)

My favorite is my husband's veggie pot stickers. The filling that tastes the best is: Chinese leeks, shrimp, pan-fried eggs, sauteed hard tofu and sweet potato noodles. I will make hot and sour soup to go with it. I go crazy when they both show up on our dinner table... :)
