Im thinking about taking dance ..but not sure what kind of dance to start out with?

i am going to do it for fuexercise nd exercise

it dose not matter if it takes 1 or 2 people... i can get a partner

what do u think?

  1. Ballet is great for working on stength, posture and flexibility.  But if you want something really fun that would be excellent exercise you should try a hip hop dance class.  They are fun classes to take and it can be a good starter class just to get you moving and dancing!


  2. i think you will do just fine and hope you lose all that excess weight you seem to have stacked on. best dance for you would be crumping.

  3. ballroom dance is amazing if the place ur going offers it.....to me other dance isn't as fun....

  4. well ballet is the basic, and it helps with all types later on!
