Im thinking of getting some train tickets posted to me on the 17th of december.. will they arrive by the 22nd?

  1. If you are ordering online they will let you know when they will arrive. Ususally they give a week. If not you will have to pick them up from the station.


  2. They might, but don't count on it. If it's important make other arrangments

  3. The 17th is the last day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas, i.e. by the 24th, of 2nd class post. For 1st class it is the 20th. Whilst your tickets would probably arrive, you cannot be sure at this time of year and I would arrange to collect them from the station at which you are starting your journey. Unless, of course, you are prepared to pay to have them sent to you by special delivery (guaranteed to arrive the following day)

  4. i would arrange to pick them up from the station you are traveling from, well you know what the post office is like at the moment. either that or be stuck where you dont want to be. happy xmas x

  5. Well with the Christmas post it may be better if you order the tickets and collect them from the station, because you are more likly to get them on time.
