  1. Come to Limerick and experience some poetry in motion, my friend .....

  2. CORK!! ITS THA BOMB!!!!

  3. If you have the time, head out west to Galway.  It is a very nice fishing community.  I find the west of Ireland like a different country at times.

  4. Let me sell Waterford to you...(Im living there for the past 6 years).

Well, for starters its the "Sunny South East" of Ireland. It has dazzling coastlines and a range of near by mountains. The city itself goes back to the Viking times and we still have many medieval features like "Reginalds Tower".

You cant ignore Waterfords worldwide reputation for beautiful Waterford Crystal, a great way to spend a few hours by a trip to the vistors centre. We have many festivals througout the year, including the Fringe Festival, Spraoi, Oyster Festival, and the Tra Fest just to name a very few.

There are sooo many places to eat and drink..and please dont forget to visit "T & H Doolans" on a sat night, they have great trad Irish music sessions. And for a good Sunday lunch, try "Jack Meades Pub"..its literally under a bridge but a great place to go for a sunny Sunday evening as it has a wide open feeling, a small petting farm and play area for kids, live music and football for the adults.

You could also have a flutter at our grey hound track or go horse racing out in Tramore if the fancy takes you.

Angling, horseriding, golfing, surfing..its all here in Waterford.

We have a great night life with plenty of bars and a few clubs to choose from, but if thats not your style then you can easily grab a few tickets for the "Forum Threatre"...look up www.forumwaterford.com for listings.

Waterford is definately a great place to visit, but I also enjoy Cork as the people are really lovely..So why not visit both, its only a short spin away!

  5. Galway! it's loads more fun!

  6. Hey  you could do both why not?
