Im thinking of starting a local magazine.?

Can I do this? Do I just print it and distribute it? Or does anyone know of the best person to speak to? It would be a local magazine, in an attempt to build community relations, and have advertising space for local retailers and businesses. I was also thinking of having guest writers every month, writing on their experiences of living in this area.

Anyone have any ideas? As I said, I am thinking of starting this, so nothing is definate! Just an idea rattling around my head!
