  1. good luck with this one. i am having my nieces graduation party here at my house. it's kind of a favor to her parents. we have more room. anyways i will be patroling my property all night to be on the look out for underage drinkers. it's just not a chance you wanna take. the cops might just drop in and check things out, but then there are some really nasty cops that will do whatever they can to make sure that you obey the law.

  2. person throwing party (living at address) is responsible for everyones actions...drinking, driving drunk, fighting

cops catch them doing any of these things YOUR a** is in trouble as much as theirs

happend to my boyfriend when he had a "come wreck my house party"...house was being destroyed so we did all the above and MORE and he got in BIG trouble

  3. If the police come they are not allowed in your house without a search warrant... even if they try to convince you that they need to come in, they can not. Just dont do anything ousid and dont let any one drive

You people are so wrong! They can NOT come in your house with out a warrant... It is ILLEGAL!!!!!! If something does go wrong you are responsible though. But keep every1 inside, dont let any one drive, and ddont let anything get out of control.

  4. Uhm, yes...they have the right to check ages and since you are OF age, you will be the one responsible.  Once you are 21 the cops have the right to arrest you for endangering the welfare of a minor.  Be very very very careful.  Depending on the state you live in...and the county, town, village...well, basically, there are laws but depending on the judge etc...you could find yourself in a spot that you wish you never entered.  A friend of mine almost lost her home and just happened to get lucky and not have to do time in jail but man did she have some crazy fines and now she is red flagged.  Oh, and btw...she said that the kids must have brought their own beer and she was not aware.  Well, guess what?  The judge said that she SHOULD have been aware of what was going on within her home and on her property.  Scary stuff.
