Im tired and need to wake up ?

im only a kid but im tired and i have a big day of football can somone tell me how i can get some energy

    in morning if you want to wake up a little:take a cold shower.

    i think gatorade helps too cause it's a sport drink so it's a power-up.

    i know this is stupid, but i just force myself to get out of bed and walk around my house a little.

    or ask someone to call you.

    it's also good to eat certain carbs (like pasta)

    cause then it gives you more energy for a game.

  4. get some sugar in you and drink a energy drink, work out for about 30 mins, then you should be wide awake and ready for some football
