  1. As a child I had the same problem and towards some people I still have that problem, but it is better to be humble and slow to speak than to be a tyrant.

  2. first off you should rememer you're fine how you are..dont listen to anybody telling you that you need to go to therapy that aint fair..i dont believe you should have to..its a confidence issue..that comes from WITHIN..NOT OUTSIDE...so nobody can give you the confidence that you should have..you need to realize that you're a good person..and you defend yourself..here try this..when you first defend yourself..verbally or anyway..its going to feel wierd..your gonna get a weird feeling in your stomach and you may feel guilty..but you gotta remind yourself its for the better..eventually you'll want to say stuff just because somebody stepped on your toes..just gotta stay levelheaded..remember that nobody deserves to be picked on..next person that tells you something screwed up..put on a cocky face..and tell them to bugger off..if its a peer..tell them to go fu** themself..im not kidding..it feels good to say that..and its powerful..dont just curse for the sake of cursing..grill them hard..and say it with malice..im not trying to say you need to be a mean person by any manner, way shape or form..BUT..you need to defend yourself..and thats a starting point..people need to know not to mess with you when your not in the mood. try it..
