When someone has alot of confidence and are outgoing it is off putting to those who arent.  They probably say that you are "annoying" because they wish they were as fun as you

alot of people say that about me too, but most say thats what makes them lke me because its fun. But its good to know when to stop like if your in a quite situation someone is sad or in a bad mood tone it down but just be yourself most of the time. If your at high schoo the people who say that are most likely petty its what makes you. Don't let it be your only quality either, be understanding and use it to get people having fun. Use it to you advantage if you can but always remember when to tone it down.
