  1. Final Destination wont happen to you, just go on it and dont worry, did you know that falling coconuts are more likley to kill people than rides? So ride and get over it then watch out for falling coconuts. :)

  2. Life is all about taking risks. This is what I say: "Go for it!!"

  3. Nah, it's totally safe, but there's no way in h**l I'm riding it, I'm too much of a wussy... but I did ride the haunted hotel thing at Disney's MGM studios!  It's safe.  There's more of a chance of getting into a car wreck than getting hurt on the drop zone.  Just make sure you do what the staff says to do, and don't try anything they don't allow you to do, and you'll be safe.

  4. Just read up about that. Like final destination 3. You should watch that before you take a ride.

  5. Riding the Drop Zone is actually a ton safer than driving to the theme park where the ride is located. Trust me, I never wanted to go on any rides after what I heard until I knew this. This girl was 1in a million, and c'mon, you never hear of someone dying on a ride everyday. So, I know why you are scared, but there is like a 1 in a gazzilion chance of getting hurt on any amusement ride. ENJOY!!!!

  6. no....when that happen the cable had snaped and they let it go with its operating hours any way and she was the unlucky one and that is like 1 out of 1,000,000,000

  7. hold your legs up if you are so scared of your legs gettign cut off

  8. Defintely ride it. You cannot live your life scared. When you get into a car you risk your life. This is no different.

  9. it wont   its like 1/100,000,000,000 but you should ride it.

  10. That girl is 1 in a million people. I rode the drop zone and it was fun. You should ride it if you feel like you're ready to. Maybe you're just makeing up bad reasons not to ride it because you're too scared to.

  11. Well... Probally thousands of people ride it each day so the odds of that happening is 1 in a Billion, you shouldn't be worried and if something does happen you can always sue! =)

  12. ok, that was in Kentucky, she lost both her feet, but they reattached one.  They took that ride down.  So don't worry.

  13. dont worry just get on.

  14. ride it . presonaly i have ridden the superman tower of power of tower at ky kingdom it was really fun nothing seemed to be wrong and the reason that the chord broke wa because that morning they were having rouble with the ride and they ran it anyway. and the chanes of that happening again are slim to none you would have a better cahnce of winning the lottery or getting struck by lighting.

    hope this helps

  15. This: http://www.ultimaterollercoaster.com/thr... ?

So, so many people ride that ride, and that only happened to one girl. Her feet were sliced off... so maybe if you keep your legs in, you'll feel more comfortable. People had to work really hard to make sure the ride was safe enough to re-open, remember that. They wouldn't re-open it if there was a chance that it could happen again. Also make sure that your harness is on nice and snugly. You'll feel more secure.

  16. it probably wouldn't happen to you but they are still not very safe...alot of places have had problems with that ride so i don't like ridding it.

    hope i helped

  17. what happened to the girl was a freak accident caused by poor maintenance.  The park that the accident happened at isn't exactly known for the best safety practices and were probably looking to save a buck by not replacing the steel cable when it needed to be.

Other parks are a lot smarter when it comes to checking their rides safety systems.  Don't worry, the chances of it happening again are extremely rare.  Drop Zone is a very fun ride that you should not miss out on because of one accident.

Besides, after the accident, just about every drop tower ride was closed and inspected to make sure they were ok.

  18. you'll be fine

  19. They are just after your money. They don't care for your safety. Is worth losing your legs for $5 for a 2 min ride.

  20. do you ride in a car cause a lot of people die in cars too

  21. I would ride it....look at all of the car accidents don't you still ride in a car?  Have fun!!!

  22. I assure you all the rides are safe. It is really rare for somthing to go wrong with the rides. That is why it always makes the news when somthing happens. I think you should go on it becasue nothing will go wrong.

  23. go for it hunnie. 1 girl . . . how many do you think have rode it now and got off safe?

  24. Whats the drop zone? Please explain.

  25. Ride it

it doesnt happen to many people like (1 in a 1,000,000)

  26. Well. a lot of people die in cars but you still ride in them without fear, correct? The girl who go hurt or something was not following all of the safety issues so she got hurt. But if you listen to the rules you will be safe!

  27. I would totally ride it.  Look what happened to all the other people who have rode the thing, and they are fine.  I'm sure you'll be alright.  Take a little risk, it'll be worth it.

  28. just keep yer legs tucked nice and tight..and maybe...just maybe you'll be okay

  29. People get hurt everyday, whether it be from a ride, or a car, or walking down the street... you can't avoid things because something "might" happen.
