Im training to be a navy seal?

how much cardio should i be doing a day?

i have been doing 3-4 hours a day which i dont think is enough?

does anyone have any tips for me?

i have about a year to train

btw i know how hard it is to become a seal so you dont need to tell me.

  1. Lift 3x a week run 4 times a week, Ruck 2 a week, and do conditioning drills 5x times a week, take every 3rd or 4th week and dont do anything but lifting and jog once or twice.


    Extremely hard. But do that, study your diving material because its hardest to memorize when you get there. Join a swim team and/or waterpolo team if you can, major plus in Diving Master Chiefs eye.


    Keep up with your math youll use it alot.


     


    Dont go to a commercial gym to a sports trainer, do research and dont waste your money. Search Joe DeFrance, one of the most widely known trainers for athletes. He has great programs where you can start with.
