Im training to be a tattoo artist. I don't have a job. Is there a way i could get a job in a tattoo shop..?

but not tattoo? like be a cashier, greeter person or something? im only 16.. do parlors offer jobs like this?

  1. no way you have to be at least 18 to work in a tattoo shop doing anything


  2. i recommend you go to an art college/school if you havent already

    tattoo artist is somthin im interested too

    but anyway i would suggest college and they have henna tattoo places in beach shops like wings...that would be fun to practise with...

    well i hope you do follow your dreams and become a tatt' artist

  4. id just keep working on your art for the next 2 years.

    but you can always call around to different shops and ask them.

    go to the shops and show them your art. its hard to say, since your only 16, but there may be someone out there that was in your shoes once, and feels your need. idk.

  5. usually not, the parlors ive been to the artists will usually just answer the phone. They would have to be in need of you, look for job applications, help wanted, ya know. But you need to no alot about tattoos! And my gues is you would have to show them that you know alot about them, because they would be trusting their customers in your hands.
