At the moment I'm running 2.4ks in just under 15 minutes, 5ks in 31. Ive been running for a few weeks. The army is after 2.4 in under 10-12 and 5k under 25 minutes. Can anyone please give me some tips how to improve these times. I'm trying to run about 4 times a week, sometimes even twice those days.

  1. I'm not an expert but I also know how you feel I'm trying to join the RAF and I'm just starting my running! I would say just keep running, run everywhere, It might take longer than what you wanted but being able to run that distance in that time will take practise and you need to train your body to get used to it. Just keep running!

    Good Luck in the Army!
