  1. Just practice your bumps, sets, spikes, chips, tips, and serves, etc. And don't act nevous or don't be nervous. Then you will just s***w your self up.

  2. Do some sprints and practice serves. They help you get quicker.

  3. First of all practice passing(bumping to the setter) and then practice setting just incase you are the setter then for sure partice hitting or spiking! Tip for spiking:start at the 10 foot line and if your right footed then put your left foot in front and then go left right left jump swing!

  4. Well, first volleyball looks easy, but it isn't. It takes a lot of physical demand and commitment. A normal practice for me is a lot of hitting practice (make sure u snap your wrist and bring your hitting arm all the way down) and confusing footwork. Always remember to keep your knees bent and NEVER stand straight up. there are many more things you have to learn yourself that your coach might teach you different though. Good Luck!! And remember "Left Right Left"

  5. just relax.

dont get to nervous cuz then u will mess up.

practice ur serves and ur passes..o and spikes are pretty important to.

do some squats to strengthen ur legs.

u dnt have to run so much jst work on ur quickness.

my typical volleyball practice(althought im in 10th grade) consists of lifting weights  and running bleachers.

but my 7th grade year was just practicing volleyball stuff and some occastional running around the gym and rarely the track.

    good luck =]
