Trying to conceive for 4 months, got off the IUD 4 mths ago as well could that play into it? And having s*x everyday can that help or hurt our chances?

No clue about the IUD, you should generally try to have s*x closer to ovulation. Usually if you have a normal 28 day cycle you will ovulate on cd14. If not you may need to get some Ovulation sticks to pin point when you ovulate. I was told sperm can live in your body up to 5 days, so I would suggest having s*x every day starting 5 days before you ovulate. You could do every other day up to that point if you wanted to, but I think having s*x everyday for the whole month will just cause you to have less "swimmers" for around O time when you really need them.
