  1. Try changing your snacks.  You are not having nearly enough fresh food.  A lot of what you are eating is processed so cut out all the snack a jacks and weight watchers junk.  Seriously, that stuff will just make you hungry and is full of salt and fat.  replace with bananas, oranges, apples, pineapple, mango.  So much to choose from.

And have fruit for breakfast instead of adding sugar to weetabix.  Add some plain yogurt to eat - it tastes great and will fill you and provide you with nutrients.

try doing your cardio for a minimum of 30 mins 3 times a week.  You are not exercises enough by doing 15 mins only.  ideally you should aim for 45 mins but you should build up to this slowly.

You will start to see the weight coming off if you make these simple changes. The rest of your diet seems good.

  2. think your on the right track eating frequent meals plenty of veg and chick, also peas carrot corn potato and pumpkin high in carb so they wont help unless your buring them off every night, be mind ful of how many carb are acutally in weight watchers biscuits and snacks j(am is actually made of boiled fruit and suger) no more than 10g/100g is good calcuation but hard to find. it not always about fat, carb/sugar is just as bad if you dont burn it you will store it

used to ahve three sugar in my coffee and half teaspoon at a time in weekly increments cut down to none now when accidently drink my husbands its hard no to spit it all over floor. perserverance is your best asset!!!! hope this helps

  3. You don't have to join a gym, but you DO have to exercise. If all it is is a walk 'round the neighborhood, that's a good start. But it must be done 5 or 6 days a week to be effective - at least 15 min.
