Im trying to find my adopted sister, she was adopted 40 years ago in ponce puerto rico how do i begin?

my sister was adopted 40 years ago in ponce puerto rico, i've been trying to find her but i dont know where to begin, i cant afford a pricey private investigator, i know a few things about her like her adopted father's name,where they lived the hospital she was born in and the nurse's name that delivered her, i dont know if thats enough but im desprate is there anybody out there that can help me out please.

  1. If i were you i'd start with the adoptive fathers name. Since mens last names usually don't change.

  2. Do you know the agency's name ? if so , try contacting them . or look up the fathers name .

    Is she in Puerto Rico still ? or somewhere else

    I would begin searching online using the Adopted fathers name in phone books online , google etc , genese reunited etc

    You could also always contact the hospital
