Im trying to find out how to get a charity up and running for sick and disabled children????? any one give me?

ive googled and there isnt much that comes back im trying to find out if there is any thing i can have sent to me to read instead of me hunting things down and keep hitting a dead end

try to find any pediatrician in your community and ask him/ her what charity are they affiliated....

and you get what you are looking for...

You should volunteer for an organization.  Unless your are well-endowed, creating your own charity and one that would be distinctive enough to garner donations is incredibly difficult.  Unless you know someone well-endowed.
