its about this boy who kills his family theres a part were he pushes a radio into the hottub and kills his sister and then he gets sent to fostor homes and he kills his fostor families also

I'm not sure but it could be "Pet Sematary" (1989), which is about a boy who gets run over by a car and gets buried in a pet sematary and comes back to life evil and kills his family.
