Im trying to find someone?

Ive been looking at some of my geneology and im looking for some old family members i havent seen in a while. Im not getting very far. ive looked everywhere i can think of. does anybody have any suggestions? There is one person in particular i would like to find but all i know is her name and birthday. Where should i start?
