Im trying to find the baud rate of my modem on my computer.where can i look?

Baud rate?  Are you attempting to connect from the past?  If you are using dial up, it will show you the connection speed from the indicator by the clock (bottom right hand corner) if you are on high speed, you can test at the previously mentioned speed test server, or any of the multiple available test servers out there: speedtest.net, charter NDT server, or just do a google search for the type of test you want.  i.e. dial up speed test or broadband speed test.
