  1. If you used a checking, savings or credit card account to make payment, then contact your bank or credit union and file a fraud report.  The bank will then do an investigation and should refund your money.  However the time you receive your refund depends on your bank and their procedures.  You do not have to wait to get a refund from the fraudulent company.  You can file with your bank.

  2. I have recently had this same problem.  I had called my credit card company and said I wanted to dispute the charge and the person I had spoke with gave me the 800 number to try to get ahold of someone.  I called it and sat waiting to talk to someone for almost 15 min.  When I finally got through I got someone that barely spoke english, I had asked if there was anyone else that speaks better english and she hung up on me.  So I went through the hold again and got a different person who didn't speak english very good.  After repeating myself about 100 times they said my money would be refunded in the next few days.  So hopefully they due and I'm done dealing with that nonsense.  The number I called is listed in the source section, hopefully it helps you out. Good Luck!

  3. I also went to the site, however when I got to the form to fill out, the site said it was encrypted but my Internet Express did not display a secure symbol (lock). So I did not fill out the form but did google "Angela Penbrook", which I am glad I did. Contact your financial institution or credit card company immediately and report it. If it is sent via ACH it will possibly take 2 business days to hit your account. The financial institution should be able to put a stop on that item. If it is processed as a POS (point of sale) transaction it may have already been debited from your account. If it has been you will have to fill out a dispute form and possibly wait for the institution to get their money before it is credited to your account. This depends on the institution, the more customer friendly will credit your account after the form is filled out. Credit card companies, by regulation, are suposed to refund all but $50.00 of a loss, but the loss has to be reported in a timely fashion, so do it now!!

  4. Hi I purchased her program on Sat, Couldnt get anything done on the website she provided and then I began to worry. I called that number they give you and NOTHING!!! So I know what your feeling. LUCKY me I used my Debit card and I called my bank First thing this morning to see how the heck that transaction was being processed. They are looking into it and getting my money back. They say if it runs it like a debt charge, they will get the money back right away, wont process it. If Angela Penbrook charged it like a ATM then i have to fill out a despute and my bank is 100% positive that they will get the money back (and write up a scam report) that they are giving me the money. So if you did it this way there is still hope.

If you used a credit card call your company and stop payment or let them know about the scam and they too will fight for your money back.

    Ill keep you posted :)

  5. I'll let her know the next time I see her.

  6. I signed up for her program on Monday. After finding out how misleading it was. I call them and was told to contact customer support via email.  anyway I google her and found out that a number of persons have a similar experience, so I called my bank and then I threatened to have the feds and fraud squads to come down on her and remove her site for good. And to be frank.. I do meant it.She responded to me so quickly explaining that my money was refunded and I should see it in my account in 5 - 7 days.  just send her an email and explain that you need your money now!!
