Im trying to get pregnant but it seems hopeless do you have any suggestions?

ive been with the same person for about 2 1/2 years ...we got pregnant after 6 mos later which ended in a miscary after 2 mos. and then a years and 1mo later which also ended in a miscary after 4 months....... he has 2 other childern so im thinking its not him with the problem...... i recently had to have surgery to remove 1 ovary....the doctor says im perfectly fine now however we havent been able to conceive...... we both really want a child together but i have know idea what to do...... and im scared it will end in another miscary ....do you have any ideas?

I think the base miscarriage rate is something like 15%, so 1 out of every 45 women who have become pregnant more than once would have lost the first two just due to awful luck.

That being said, there are a lot of things which increase the miscarriage rate -- alcohol, caffeine, and any other drugs; the age of the mother; getting too much exercise; and so on.  Of course your doctor is the one to talk to about this.
