Im trying to learn a full twist?

im trying to learn a full twist but a have a problem.i round off to my left but i am a righty so i have to punch with my right but my roundoff doesnt let me because it is to my left.it forces me to punch to my left and i get no powe at all.any sugesstions plz?

  1. Practice, practice, practice.

    Like my sensei always says: Good. Now do it again 10 000 times.


  2. Develop the left.  Hit a heavy bag with your left hand from the same stance you land from the roundoff - try different punches.  I'd think a backhand would work well in this scenario, but personally I like the body hook.

    Many of the greatest boxers use the left hook as their KO punch.  It's hard to see coming, and as they say "it's the one you don't see that knocks you out".

    If you don't see the power developing from your left hand, fine.  Use the left as a jab to open your opponent up for a strong right hook or cross.
