Im trying to locate a corporate office for a bank, how do I do that?

My bank account got messed up do to a credit card payment was taken out of my account 6 days earlier then it was scheduled and cause my account to be overdrawn. I called and explained to the them and the manager confirmed that she would refund my overdraft fee totaling over 200.00 that was on wednesday and I finally got back with someone on friday and the manager that approved the transaction was not there so I talked to someone else. She would find out what was going on with my account. She called back and told me she talked to her district manager and that she will only approve 70.00. What I want to do is talk to someone above her but I cant seem to find how to get ahold of any corporate office number.

Forget her and get with the district mgr she mentioned,

then go to his/her boss and so on and so on, and if all else fails.....

Phone the bank as ask for the corporate number.

Google the bank for it's corporate headquarters.

This is the bank's and the credit card's fault - so if they are different banks or companies, you may need to make a lot of attempts.

Good for you for standing up for yourself.  Credit Card Company's can be just awful.

Oh, cancel their authority for auto-pymt and mail them a check every month or pay on-line each month.
