Im trying to locate a long lost friend looking for websites that do not charge a fee any suggestions?

try myspace.  and if it comes up they arent found.....check the box to the right of the page and list the state you think they might be in.  Ive found a bunch of people that way.  good luck, i hope this helps.

If Myspace doesn't work, try Facebook.  If you spell the first and last name correctly, it should work fine.  Watch out for networks, though.  If you don't know where your friend is at, it's going to be hard in general.  

I actually just found an elementary school friend on Facebook.  It's been years since I've seen him.  I think it's awesome.  So, good luck!
