Im trying to look for employment doing EIAs(environmental impact studies;conservation...or something similar)?

Are there any international or local companies in South Africa that offer employment in those areas?

Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks

I work in the US doing exactly what you are looking to get in to. It's a great job and I really enjoy it.

There are a few US based companies that I know of which work on projects all over the world. Depending on your level of education/experience you may want to see what they have to offer. Some of these companies are CH2M Hill, Tetra Tech, Parsons, CDM, or ENSR/AECOM. All these companies have websites and many of them have student co-op programs.

In addition, there are quite a few websites that provide career help for people in the Environmental Industry.

This is a good place to get started.

It's stuff in the US, but the concepts and advice are probably similar.
