right now i bench,curl,deadlift,do situps,push ups,run,and do pull ups and im seeing pretty good results im starting to get a 6 pack but im still gaining some muscle mass i was just wondering if there are some other workouts i could do to help gain muscle mass and lose fat also how many reps and sets? and what should be my weekly routine (like bench,deadlift,and curl one day then run,push ups and sit ups the next day etc.) any tips on loosing fat and gaining muscle mass would be apreciated
