MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS TO LOSE THE MANBOOBS, what kind of exercise can i do to have a strong fit chest???? PLEASE HELP ME

  1. Running, kick boxing.


  2. start running. lift weights. do those chin up things. go to the gym. situps.
