  1. if you want to lose weight don't overdo it . you'll be so tired and discouraged the first day that you'll want to stop. so take it easy .  the first 2 weeks do a sport that you like  than the two weeks after   switch and do something else .

  2. dont do that all on the same day maybe one day jump rope and run and then the next day sprint, mix it up. because then it will work different muscles and let you lose weight faster, and eat healthy and drink a lot of water (not sports drinks unless you went really fast that day).

  3. I suggest you concentrate on the gym and your food intake. When you reach your ideal weight then you can concentrate on your running. I use to be 160lbs, I enrolled in  weight management program and lost 45lbs in 9 months. and now I'm into running.

  4. i suggest to jog for 5 minutes, stretch, the go for the 2.5 mile run. after that stretch again for a little bit to prevent injury and the do the jump rope for 20 minutes. if you are trying to lose weight, you have to do aerobic work, what that mean is long constant cardiovascular workouts, not sprints. so i repeat dont do sprints, than wont take you anywhere. cardio workouts will increase your heart rate, making you burn more calories. dont combine the 3.
