Im trying to make a video?!??!?

im trying to make a video using pictures. you know putting pictures of family and friends into like a youtube video with some writings and background music and what nots. pls help! do i need some type of software?? sry this is my first time. thank you :)

Windows Movie Maker. It comes with Vista it's on "Music, Photos, and Videos" if u don't have vista, Google it and download it.
