Im trying to order a hoodie from the nightwish shop?

im trying to use a credit card but it wont let me pay it and i don understand why, i looked all over the page for a reason but theres nothing there that says they closed down or something. so bascially they snt me my delivery number, and then they send you to a credit card payment site, then it tells me to enter the delivery number and my email, and i did so, then it says check all of my info, and i did, then it says continue payment, and then it tells me my card was not charged and that the payment failed, but i never entered an account number or anything yet. i don get it please hlp becuase im trying to get my stuff before my birhday. thanx
