  1. The cost of printing is relevantly inexpensive.  Rather than buying a printer, which would be expensive if you wanted to do good quality color laser printing, I suggest you outsource to a local printer.  For price checking look at vistaprint.com (I'm not affiliated with them at all, although I do some work in the print industry), and then when you have a price talk to the local printers in your area.

Be careful NOT to have your business cards inkjet printed - the color/ink will smudge off easily.  From my experiences in the print industry, I'm much more in favor of offset printing (which is different from laser and inkjet printing) for good quality work however that process is more expensive (but lasts and looks much better).

    Good luck.

  2. if they need to look really professional, you will need to go to a commercial printer who can print very high quality inks and paper.

    You can try www.ReducedPrinting.com

They do offer high quality full color printing and have low prices and offer free business cards
