Im trying to put digital photos onto a disk?

i need to bring a disk into a shop so they can print them for me. i have a dvd disk in the drive but when i send to it wont work saying that it encounterd a problem. any ideas

  1. Sometimes CDs and DVDs can be temperamental. Check if the DVD already has items on it. Is there enough space left for the files that you are trying to add?


  2. i imagine you have photo's on your camera and you want them printed in a shop.

       the easiest way if they are on your camera sd card is to put the card into a card reader either from a built in pc card reader or buy one and attach to your usb of your pc ( they only cost a few quid in the likes of tesco) and then drag them to a folder on your pc.

      then put a cd in your drive you pc ( you dont really need a dvd unless you have 1000's of pics) and then using cd burning software on your pc burn them to the cd.

    burn as data if your not sure.

    should work hopefully as long as the cd is empty and burner and software is working.
