  1. i don't mean to sound rude, but look up the other 10 trillion same questions. they all have the same answer, Cardio, workout, eat better.


  2. I have those same problems! Like my gut, inner thighs, and flabby arms- ick! lol. Let me explain to you my exercise routine that is starting to work.

    1. 25 regular crunches

    2. 15 crunches with my left ankle resting on my right knee and my right elbow reaching for my left knee during the crunch.

    3. 15 crunches the opposite way.

    4. 10 push-ups

    5. Various different stretches (I've just started dance classes so I want to be flexible. Hip hop dance is great for losing weight!)

    6. Run on the treadmill for 20 minutes.

    7. Stretch again. (It's good for you to stretch before and after you run.)

    8. 25 regular crunches

    9. 15 of the other ones.

    10. 15 of the other other ones haha. (i'm basically repeating the beginning here.)

    11. 10 push-ups

    12. With 2 lb weights, I do those big arm circle things. I do 8 circling forward and 8 backwards.

    This routine is working for me! I'm starting to see a slight vertical line form like 2 inches above my belly button. My arms are building muscle and slowly thinning out and my inner thighs are looking totally fab haha

    Anyway, good luck getting rid of that fat! It takes a lot of work and commitment. I hope you can do it! =]

  3. well you cant spot reduce. try to do some weight training and cardio

  4. You'll most definitely want to do a lot of running, sit-ups, lunges, and weight lifting.

  6. Do not eat junk food!!!!

    No: Candy, Chocolate, Soda, Juice, or anything else fattening.

    Stomach: Do sit ups everyday start off with 25 and slowly increase the number as you go on to each week.

    Arms: PUSHUPS. This may seem really really hard but after the first few times, you notice it gets easier and easier. This will help you bulk up and help with any posrt you plan to play.

    Thighs: RUN run run run run. Stretch before you run. if you don't you will get sore and cramp up.

    If you follow these tips you will look like a model. like me ;)

  7. Work out; do sit ups and lift some weights. Build muscle.

    Diet; eat healthier and less.
