Im tryna open a retail music store how do I buy the top music in bulk new like a Best Buy does?

I really don't want to be a pessimist about your dream, but why would you go into that business?  Retail music sales (I'm assuming you plan to sell CD's) are plummeting.  A great deal of music is now downloaded, not sold on CD's.  You'll still have to compete with Best Buy, Circuit City, etc., but don't forget Amazon.com, EBay/Half.com, and all other online CD stores.  The article I cited is almost a year and a half old, so the situation has only gotten worse.  I believe Tower Records has gone completely bankrupt.
