maybe this will help...

water balloon fight, dance contest with small prizes, karoke contest,

musical chairs, cake walk (but substitute it with a prize and not a cake) bust a pinata, put some glitter in the pinata and just make some bags with candy and other stuff like bubbles, pens, thank you cards, balloons, erasers, paper weights. All that stuff you can buy at the dollar store. Yes sounds cheap but if  you have to do it for 15 guests you will see the difference.

Since it is summer, I would say do something pertaining to water(go to a pool, if possible)  Then at night, have a bonfire or something and just hang out with your friends.  You should be fine and don't worry about it so much.  If you are hanging out with your friends you should have fun anyways.

-sleep over (you could do it outside with tents, it is fun!)

-you could do a dress-up party where everybody dresses fancy and you serve a fancy lunch or dinner. this always makes for great pictures and all girls like to dress-up
