Im unable to download videos to my nokia phone which i have downloaded from youtube through realplayer.?

I think there is a prob in the format. Can I change the format now. These videos are not opening in nokia multimedia player. If it opens then i would be able to change the format and then copy it to my phone. Please suggest.
