Im 13, i have been vegan since december, but I was vegetatian for 2 years before. I am worried that I am not getting enough vitamins from my current diet, i take vitamin e & b12. (please dont mind my spelling)
What I normally eat is; steamed vegetables, (brocollie, carrots, bok choy, etc), whole wheat, whole grain bagles, lots of fruit ( coconut, kiwis, cherries, grapes, bananas, etc), Vegetable sushi (avacado roll), miso soup, yams & patatoes sliced and cooked in the oven with spices, grainy oatmeal cereal w/dried cherries, rice milk, soy milk, but not as much as rice. water, carrott juice, mineral water, corn chips & salsa, tortillas (home make with corn flower) spinach salads w/ balsamic vinegerettte, french fries rarley, toast rarely, lentil soups, and i drink a lot of green tea.
Is this okay? should i eat/not eat anything?
