Im vegitarian and im going vegan and i need to know EVRYTHING i cant eat!!

  1. if you are a vegan then you simply cannot eat anything that comes from an animal.

    I would personally reccomend this website, for it has many FAQs that include what you can and can't eat.

  2. AWIGHT~! Good job, sister! I've been a vegan for about 15 minutes~! (I've been a vegetarian since  was, like, 3.) No gelatin, cheese, eggs, milk, meat (duh), honey, cheese cultures, butter, buttermilk, cream, whipped cream, and.... I dunno. Can't think... I don't quite know myself.... what about candy...? I dunno. I need help, tooooooo.....

  3. Veganism isn't about what you "can't" do, but rather what you CHOOSE to do.  Generally vegans choose only foods from plant sources, as well as avoid leather, wool, down, or other animal products.  They choose freely of all fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc.

    If you want to avoid the more obscure animal products, look out for:

    gelatin in candies

    whey in breads and "donut" type products

    most salad dressings are not vegan

    Just look on the back of packages! Since most companies are afraid of lawsuits they will typically make this clear to avoid people with egg or dairy allergies.

  5. Vegetarians avoid byproducts of slaughter, the meat of any animal, and they don't eat seafood, but they can eat eggs and/ or dairy products.  

    Vegans don't eat flesh, seafood, eggs, dairy, gelatine, or any other byproduct of slaughter.

    Vegans avoid all foods derived from animals, and only eat foods that are plant based. :)

    meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy products, honey, fur, leather, wool, and silk. gelatin, lanolin, rennet, whey, casein, beeswax, isinglass and shellac, chocolate, sugar and a lot of other thnigs that conatin animal stuff in their preparaion but not in the final form

    think u can manage all of that?

    b4 u start make sure u plan a healthy diet coz there are certain nutrients u can easily get in meat n fish that u need to look up to find in vegan items so make sure u plan ahead

    and a lot more.

    but its important to do research before you become a veegan because if you dont get all the protein you need then you will get very weak, and get sick often, and that can lead to dying.

    so i would do some research, because half the people on yahoo answers wont tell you about 95.5 percent of everything you can eat.

    soo do some research, like i said about 5 times before.
