but i wanna loose weight. how can i get a flatter stomach??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!??????? PLEASE HELP

  1. stop making excuses...eat high protein, low carbs, cut out sugar, drink a lot of water...the basics.


  2. If you're hungry, you shouldn't not eat. That'll just make it worse. You need to eat between 4-6 small meals a day. Don't starve yourself. You can get a flatter stomach by eating right and exercising...like running and doing crunches. There are a lot of exercise dvds out there to help with that kind of stuff. I really like the Biggest Loser dvds for staying in shape. They have great workouts.

  6. eat cause if u don't u will actually gain weight i don't know  why but u will trust me. do crunches that will def. flatten your stomach. do like 35 a day.

  7. Sit on the couch and eat potato chips dipped in peanut butter. Works every time.

  9. My mother-in-law has a co-worker who snacks on little portions of healthy food throughout the day and she is very trim.

    Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. You need to speed up your metabolism by eating more often and staying active.

    Snack on things like fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt between your regular meals and also make sure your breakfast, lunch and dinner are healthy and reasonably portioned.

    My mother is over weight and started eating that way last year and has dropped several inches.

  11. have an apple and some water. I found out that "Special K" brand came out with a new berry flavored water suppliment that controlls hunger and thirst. I'm going to use it, you should too! I'ts called "K20"And you can find it in your diet and health isle at the grocery store.

  13. my sister is in the exact same position as you, she gets so hungry but afraid if she eats shes going to gain weight, but i know what she does to keep away the hunger. Now don't hold me responsible for anything because this method is really dangerous for some, and sometimes you can take it out of hand. instead of stuffing your face with food, make yourself full with water. You may think its impossible but its not, you can actually get full with water, the water will suppress the hunger for food because it in turn fills the stomach. people call this the water diet, although there could be a phase of bloating its going to pass in like a day. this works, my sister said so, but its really dangerous, because you cant live on water, you'll have to eat sometime. so i hope you don't take this overboard

  15. the WORST way to loose weight is to starve yourself. You just get sick and its not worth it.

    eat little and often. Stick to eating what you like but keep it in moderate portions. Don't skip any meals.

    Do stomach crunches to tone the muscles.

    My friend tried starving herself to get a flatter stomach. The thing is she's not big (like fat wise). She torso is quite slim but because she starved herself to get thin, she now has alot of excess fat on her stomach and it doesnt look good.

  16. Drink a big glass of water and wait 15 minutes, if you are still hungry, you should eat.

    If you want to lose weight you need proper nutrition and exercise.

    The first will teach you what to eat and why, the second, how to exercise.  If it has a label with more than 2 ingredients, don't eat it.
