pick up magazines for whatever you are interested in (Mopar Muscle, MM&FF for Fords, Super Chevy, etc) you will find ads in the back for several places with project cars lined up for sale.

Also look in Hemmings Motor News - available at just about any bookstore.

I would look around your state for car shows and cruise up there. I show my car almost every weekend and see several for sale.

I always think of Hemming.com on this.

There are ads for individual cars as well as classic  car dealers.

There are suppliers  for most parts and services to restore individual parts.
