and im scared to show people my weener because i think there gonna make fun of me, im 7 and im scared to show my mom to when i take a bath because shes gonna be scared.

This happens when you are overweight. The fatty tissue hides it. I would recomend you go on a diet and please do tell your mom. You might need a nutritionist. I think you are d**n good typist for seven.lol woo hoooo.

You have nothing to be afraid or ashamed of. Your mother will love you no matter what. Being over-weight does cause your problem but it can be fixed. Obesity is a disease affecting many people in the U.S. It is great if it can be stopped at an early age. If you try your best to diet lose weight a little bit the problem will fix itself

Your other question stated you were 14 and now you're seven? You should be honest about your age so you can have the appropriate answers for your age. It's probably just do to the fact that you don't have much skin for the p***s. As you lose the weight, your p***s will become less inverted. Hope this helps.
