  1. 5 days ago you were asking if you could be pregnant

If you'd been pregnant before as you claim, you would know the symptoms of pregnancy

  2. ABC adoptions based in florida is run by a very caring couple. Will do everything to help you though the process.Ask for Debbie. The address is abcadopt.com .Good luck

  3. You need to contact a reputable adoption agency- that is the best way to go about adopting.

  4. First, I'm not sure how many times you've tried to get pregnant, but early miscarriage is VERY common.  Someone can miscarry two or three times, and turn around and have a successful pregnancy.  So - keep that in mind.

Second, get more than one medical opinion before giving up if you want to carry your own child.

Third, ask your doctor to give you some reputable sources for adoption information in your area.  Planned parenthood type organizations can always give you direction as well.  Hang in there.  I know it's tough.

  5. MY honest suggestion to you is that you deal with your issues prior to adopting. No child should grow up in the shadow of all those "could have beens".

  6. I have been where you are.  My heart goes out to you.  Adoption is a wonderful way to start your family, however, Andraya is somewhat right in that you will need to come to peace with your pregnancy.  A reputable adoption agency will tell you that also and may even suggest counseling prior to going through the adoption process.  One of the things I needed to learn to do was "grieve" my lack of pregnancy.  Before you can open your heart to a child, you need to make sure that you have put some of those issues behind you.  I say "some" because infertile couples will never fully get over it.  Adoption can be a stressful journey and take it from me, not something you want to typically do after going through the stress of infertility.  I'm not saying it can't be done, but if the agency is a reputable one, they will do a lot of screening on you to make sure that you are ready for the emotional journey.  I fortunately had a wonderful husband and support system who helped me through everything.

A reputable adoption agency in your area can provide you with all the information you need about how to start the adoption process.  They will explain the different types available and fees associated with it.  Most will let you have an informational session with them to find out more information; some even offer a meeting where potential adoptive parents can gather information.

Good luck to you.  Email me thru my profile if I can be of any help.

  7. KUdos for wanting to raise a child ecvn though you cannot bring one on your own. There aremany public and private adoption places. Some on the web some in your phone book. The web has a good one they sare called SAFY, they are headquarted in Delphos< OHioo and have branches all accross the country. The other good place is to call your local children services office. In Ohio they are through the oHio job anbd family service s officies throughout the state located in each county. Please keep up the faith. My wife and I have not been able to concieve either and we are looking into foster to adoption with them. They have three programs. Foster care, Foster care to adoption and the adoption alone. I read there were over 3500 chiolkdren available for adoption in Ohio in 2006. I want to make the difference in a childs life and give them a loving and caring home to grow and be nutured in. Hope this helps

  8. Forget the internet.   Find a good adoption agency that can help you.  I adopted 2 great kids - one thru an agency and another was a private adoption thru an attorney.   Good luck

  9. My husband and I have also suffered through this.  After 14 miscarriages and one very premature baby we finally made peace and agreed to adopt.  We contacted agencies, read and researched all we could and decided to adopt through foster care.  We now have our son and his adoption will be final in the spring.  For us it was the best decision.  You and your spouse will have to figure out what will work for you.  Good luck to you.
