Im wanting to get a bearded dragon?

and i was wondering if anyone is willing to give one away for free or selling for cheap?

Try craigslist or even freecycle.  You might be able to find a breader and get a very healthy beardie at a good price.  Be careful about people giving away beardies because they could be sick or have some sort of problems.  Beardies need more than just a tank and the lighting can be expensive so prepare yourself for maintainance costs.  Good luck!
